Eligibility for Return Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. 2. Non-returnable items Sale items, personal care products, and customized orders are not eligible for return. 3. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer. 4. Exchange Exchange is possible only if the wrong or defective product was delivered. 5. Return Shipping Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
