1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping (if applicable): Delivery takes around 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Charges
We’re happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required!
There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges.
4. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan.
For international deliveries, we use DHL / FedEx or other verified logistics partners.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your order status anytime.
6. Payment & Confirmation
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (via Debit/Credit Card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).
Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed (for prepaid payments).

While we always aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions

Public holidays or strikes
