Refund policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Sale items, personal care products, and customized orders are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

4. Exchange

  • Exchange is possible only if the wrong or defective product was delivered.
